Is there any way to easy kitbash a troggot hag in AoS? Buying one seems exspensive.

Edit: After some googling fu it might be easier to converta giant (Aleguzzler Gargant) into a Troggoth Hag. It has a good sieze. I would need to change it's face up and give it scales and the face finns.
