A possible scratchbuild would be to use some green trim line..
Not sure exactly what to call it, but the kind of line you put in a weed whacker. I have a spool of it that is transparent green.

I think you can probably find pictures of the actual colors via some third-party sites.

I think they are 3/32nds (and/or 5/32nds), but I am not home to measure, from what my little research shows.
