Pieces/units that will serve you well vs those you play actually against.

Look through the stuff you have. Then look through the codex. Is there anything in the codex that fits those criteria that didn't come in the initial box? If so, buy that.

Generally, pick units that compliment what kind of army you want, regardless of how effective they are. Want lots of artillery and long ranged firepower? Exorcists and Retributors fit that theme. Fancy getting up close and into glorious melee? Zephyrim and Repentia, coupled with Arco-Flagellants and Penitent Engines. If you settle on a theme, you'll find things easier to sort out on what you want.

Alternately, you could build squads of 5, to fill the troops component of a brigade. Or kit 10 models as doms to fill out an Outrider detachment.

You also have three elite choices [Repentia + Superior + Arcos], one heavy choice [Penitent Engine] and one Fast Attack [Seraphim]. This means you're closest to a vanguard for your second detachment- all it takes is an extra HQ, though that's a lean, fragile detachment.

The Exorcist is fantastic, and pretty much a must have, at some point. Two would be good. And additional box of PE gives you all kinds of options.

Beyond that, the reflection questions above are important; we'd need to know your Order to be able make additional suggestions. Exorcist. Seraphim, Zephyrim, Imagifiers. Maybe BR Repentia.

A lot of the units the Sister of Battle have access to are actually passably good. There's very few standouts or must-haves, the only ones I can think of off the top of my head are Exorcists, and that's only because they're literally the only unit in your army capable of doing what they do more than actually being good [they're fairly good too, but not ohmygod amazing].
