I don’t think I’ll have any issues with the halberds being power axes, but I need to add guns of some kind to them. I was initially thinking of using some Grey Knight wrist mounted bolters (probably converted into combi-plasmas, which has its own hurdles), but now that I have the pieces in hand I don’t know that this will work. The bolters are awfully chunky, and they would require a fair bit of surgery on the arms. Furthermore some of the termies are holding their weapons with both hands, which makes a simple hand swap a lot less reasonable.

Has anyone converted these termies for 40k before? What did you do for the guns?
