That kind of detail will readily bend back into place without heat if you are slow. However, nothing you can do will stop the piece becoming weakened after bending. Just be aware, there's no unbending metal or plastic - so it'll be weaker from now on. You can't "fix" bent plastic. Just be careful in the future!

And to be honest, the needle got its bending back with time... I mean, it's better than it was but it definitely bended back. And it cost me the half the paint of the executioner pistol.
