"Technically the modern version of these come on 32mm bases not the 25mm those are on, but base extenders and replacement bases are available. I still have 3rd and even 2nd edition metal mini's I play with and most people don't notice till they pick them up, though I have moved them over to the modern base sizes.

The only reason you would need to swap weapons around would be for squad size. You only get on special/heavy per 5 guys. So the models are legal, but you might need to shuffle them around in units to make sure you have the right ratio of sergeants, basic guys, and specialists.

How effective they are on the tabletop is a whole other issue, as flamers are a little lackluster in 8th edition. But legal to play.

So it looks like your collections is:

Captain, combi melta, power axe
Sargent, bolt pistol chainsword
2 marines with flamers (special weapon)
2 marines with missile launchers (heavy weapon)
7 marines with bolters
Landspeeder (the gunner should have a multimelta or a heavy bolter)

Your basic marine tactical sqaud has 2 ways you want to run it.
5 man squad: 1 sarge, 3 basic bolters, 1 Heavy OR special weapon
10 man squad: 1 sarge, 7 basic bolters, 1 Heavy AND 1 special weapon. (you can’t double up in normal marine squads)

The metal guy is a captain (a headquarter choice) and a seperate unit from the tactical marines. Now you could run him as a sarge if you needed to (they can have the gear options of the model) but you need a guy to be leading your army anyway, and he’s who you have.

From what you have, your best bet is
Captain, c-melta, axe
10 man tac, ML/F
Land Speeder (you will need to find a gun for it)

With a spare ML and flamer marine to wait for reinforcements.
