The planet was called Kronus and involve most factions bar dark eldar and tyranids.

Pretty sure that during the second tyrannic war when hive fleet kraken entered the galaxy all factions got involved. No single engagment with all factions fighting togheter springs to mind though. It’s more that the hive fleet attacked on such a massive scale that every faction couldn’t help but get involved to some extent. If I recall correctly two astartes chapters where lost to the hive fleet before it was stopped.
