once its dried you should be able to chip it off relatively easily as it cures very hard. gently go at it with a scalpel or small blade and see what you can chip off.

Is it all milliput or is there plastic behind it? Is it all milliput or is there plastic behind it? Were you trying to sculpt a complete ork head or were you building on some parts that you want to salvage?

What I was originally attempting to do was give an ork a hood, then that turned into a face mask as well, and then I thought “why not try and make a ninja like mask” and then I messed up. So yes, there is an ork head (the goggled one from the bike kit) and there is a torso that I don’t want to risk damaging by filing.
