I start a Crusade mode on T'au, and it looks like only CHARACTERs can equip relics.

So, that mean there’s absolutely no way to utilize Tau Prototype weapons?

Like the Pathfinder Networked Markerlights (Psychic Awakening 05 - The Greater Good).

It's possible that these kinds of items were actually intended to be Crusade perks.
