Best type of Milliput

In my very limited experience, you'd probably be better with green stuff for fur, Or maybe a miliput/greenstuff mix.
Miliput tends to harden with a bit of a texture that can be sanded smooth, which is great for hard surfaces like armour or panels but rubbish for soft high detail stuff.

Best type of Milliput

milliput can be a pain in the arse to use for smaller detailed areas.

if you have to use the fine type. But best mixed with GS or just use GS straight.

Whatever you use you can afford to wait before adding detail. Let the putty go of a bit and you'll save some heartache later.

White milliput would be best. It can be sculpted smoothly and wouldn't need sanding.

As others have suggested, you might be better with a mix of green stuff and milliput. Whatever you choose to use, try to make sure it's fresh - boxes that have been sat on the shelves for a while will be harder to work with.
