Paint Cleaning Discovery - Softscrub

Soft Scrub. At least the old stuff, if they've changed their formula in recent years.

I ended up getting an old bottle of the stuff in some cleaning supplies when my folks moved. Just used it on a bathroom sink that had some dried paint water and it worked wonders. I just used it on that GW paint cup with a cheapo fingernail/handwashing brush from amazon and wow! I imagine its some abrasive in the liquid and nothing chemical though so I don't know how it would do stripping models.

But I imagine it would do a pretty good job on your coffee cups or whatever you use for waste paint water, desks, and hard floors - linoleum, tile, the faux wood, etc.
