some questions regarding 1/56 american WWII vehicles

To understand the source of my questions:
I recently found online this pretty interesting 3D printing file for a Siegfried Tank proxy on thingiverse, which, in the long run, I would like to build.
https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3652544
It's basically a chimera like turret on an american M5 light tank chassis.
Of course I could just print this, but I don't own a printer and lack experience how good the result will be and if the price-result equation will be favorable.

In that line of thought I considered getting a fitting M5 chassis + a chimera turret or just print the turret from the 3D file. Which leads me to another vehicle from that era which I like and might want to try and add to my collection, the Staghound T17E3 (a Staghound with the M8 scott turret) which is unfortunatly not sold in this configuration. Buuut the M8 scott also used the M5 chassis. Last but not least I also like the more rustic look of the M3 chassis and might consider it.

Therefore my questions: Does anybody have the M3 Stuart, M5 Stuart, M8 Scott and/or T17E1 Staghound models from Blitzkrieg Models or Rubicon and could tell me if these share the same turret ring sizes (and that of a chimera turret?)

So:
1. Would a chimera turret fit on the M8 (or M5 or M3) chassis in 1/56?
2. Do the M5 and M3 model have the same turret ring?
3. Would the M8 Scott turret fit on the T17E1 Staghound chassis?
