How ever they do have one cool gimmic. A regular missile launcher longfang is 33 points. A terminator long fang with cyclone missile launcher is 58 points. So you already earn in 5 points and the cyclone missile launcher are almost as good as a regular missile launcher. (You loose out on frag breing 2d6 vs hordes, vs 2 shots of d6 vs hordes.)

How ever, the signum triggering BS2+ for one unit is very good on him. You essrntially get 2 BS2+ shots each turn. Further, with an armoured cherub you can get 4 BS2+ shots turn one.

Yes they, cyclone terminators, come with a storm bolter as well. Long fangs already have an edge over regular devestators before you ad the terminators. As they can have 5 heavy weapons per 6 models, instead of 4 per 5.

It is not much, but it is neat. :-)

A lot of people are fans of the assault cannon as well. You can probably try something similar with heavy bolter/assault cannon terminators. That terminator is only 38, and the heavy boltets are 28. Deploy them midfield and live out the schene from Hots Shots 2 with all the shooting.
