Not just Matched play but Open, Narrative, or practically anything else. I have the instruction sheet/stat page for a unit of Tomb Blades laying here in front of me. It's virtually useless.
It has no pts listed
It has no PL listed
It has no unit sizes listed
It has zero unit specific special rules
It has zero options

The closest you might discern looking at this page is that you're supposed to pick one of the three guns pictured to arm the model with.
(something you'd have already gleaned in the actual assembly instruction.

For example, my Battle Sisters Squad instruction book is 24 pages long. Page 1 is the cover page. Pages 2 to 13 are assembly instructions. Pages 14 to 23 are 5-2 page spreads of the unit rules including weapon options. Finally page 24 is the back cover/painting guide. That is a a lot of paper and translation work GW can save on with the simplified datasheet.

If you're talking to me, no, I have not missed the point. I said that they were useless for practically anything else. I made the assumption that the reader is smart enough to realize that anything else meant beyond the simplistic pew pew play that the page tells you it's for.
