The poses on these minis aren't particularly inspiring and I just wondered if anybody had any first hand experience (on Eldar models or otherwise) or just general advice on how to create some more dymanic poses?

You can carefully cut the knee to get a little bend and some motion going on. Not hard conversion work, but a level above headswap, etc.

I reversed the grip on the sword.

One thing I didn’t do, but would not have been hard would be to carefully cut the shoulder guards to angle them. This involved some very careful cutting at the knees, and some Greenstuff work filling the gaps.
