So I want to base Blood Knights off Chaos Knights. They are fairly the same size and build. I can file off the chaos marks.

But where do I go from there? I am open to suggestions.

One part of me want to do 40K Space Wolves Terminator Shields and Space Wolf heads. (Rugged beard heads.) I am a space wolf player, so I have those parts.

Alternatively file of the chaos shields and use a green stuff world green stuff roller and transfer it to the shields.

I am unsure of what to do for weapon. Sword or lance I do not know what parts to use.

Suggestions are welcome. I tryed to look on ebay for parts of the rider of a zombie dragon. All the FEC players ditch that bit anyway. But it is not possible to get shipped to Norway for a reasonable price. And getting 20 of it seems... even more expensive.

Smart suggestion that look good and are budget friendly would be appreciated.

Edit: after some core investigation and eyeballing:
Should be possible, depending upon your bit arsenal aswell as greenstuff and scalpell skills even relatively easy.
The core issue will be the shields and armor plates with obvious chaos heraldry, however as far as i remember half the shields have skin and other mutations that would also fit the vampire counts...
Weapon wise, the hand weapons will be a bit of a obvious nope... Also chaos knights would look more bulky...
It's a question of how much your bitz box can overcome the issue at hand i'd say.

Double Edit:

The lances should fit if you get rid off the chaos arrows on some of them.
And the armor is the same. Fill in like the video with some greenstuff and you should be golden.
Do you have other Vampire count bits?

I also have ogor bits. Perhaps the sabre like sword fan function, but it does not really scream knights.

Your assassement that the chaos knights work well for blood knights I agree with. That is why I am so baffled by the lack of conversions on the Internett. Blood knights used to cost a bassillion money. And the chaos knights works so well for it.
