HQ. Is a Daemon Prince worth (160) or (195) points(wings)? If I had a Daemon Prince Warlord MoT. Smite and Weaver of Fate(or other choice). Exalted Possession and Weapon Q'O' Ak. W8 and T6 help with 3+/5+ saves.
As for his attacks it would be S8 , A5/6charge, AP -3 No Invunlerable Saves Add Revered Host Stratagem and he does 1d3+1 (2-4) damage per attack that gets through. If all wound low end is 12 wounds, high end 24 wounds. Does Daemon Prince get his own Prince of Chaos re roll hits? Also If I used Psychic attack before melee I can Smite for 1d3 wounds or can I use Weaver of Fate on the Prince himself to give him 4+ Inv Saves or perhaps some other spell?
If a person has Armor Save 2+ he can still roll 5-6 otherwise standard 3+ save is on a 6 and 4+ saves auto fail. Also don't forget that daemon weapon roll of a 1 before the fight, cant use the weapon and takes a wound.

Now compare to a Dark Apostle(80)points with Dark Council(CP-1) MoK Takes Wrathful Entreaty and Omen of Potency 3+ to succeed and Disciples make it 2+ to succeed. He gets Exalted possession and Cursed Crozius
he has a weaker W4, T4 with 3+/4+ saves but he also hits with S7/9wOmen, A4/5charge but most likely it will be 7wWrathful 8wCharge. AP-2/-4with Wrathful. Damage with Revered Host Stratagem makes it 4 damage per attack that gets through, although Invulnerable Saves Count(5-6). If all wound it would be 32 wounds. Also don't forget DA has to not roll a 1 or 1-2 twice for Wrathful and Omen.
If a person has Armor Save 2+ he would need a 6 so either they have an Invulnerability save or they die.

Daemon Prince Pro: High S8, High T6, High W8 High A6(charge) High D 2-4 per, Smite (5+) before melee or other Psychic ability, Possible Prince of Chaos re roll hits on himself? and other MoT Daemons, Possible Fly, better chance to wound 3+normal saves, No Invulerability saves.
Daemon Prince Con: High Cost, Low Invulnerable Saves 5+, Possible chance to roll a 1 before attack phase to not use sword and takes a mortal wound.

Dark Apostle Pro: Low Cost, High S7/9, High A5(charge)/(8)charge, AP-2/-4, D4 per, High Inv Save 4+, better chance to wound 2+ normal saves.
Dark Apostle Con: Low T4, Low W4, Possible chance to roll 1 or 1-2 and not get Wrathful and or Omen reducing stats to S7, A5(Charge), AP-2, D3, Invulernable save count.
