Does the warhammer+ app provide data slates and rules for all 40k models with a subscription? Or do I still need to buy the epub edition to see the rules. For 9th edition books, if you don't have the code from the codex, you just get unit and weapon statlines, but not warlord traits, psychic powers, unit abilities and stuff like that. The names show up, but the text is locked.

There are no digital versions of 9th edition codexes, you need to buy a physical copy to get the code for the app.
