At least I think I have, they all say "Indomitus Version 1.x", I'm assuming that means 9th edition.

On top of those, there's also the "Balance Dataslate", with the new Core Necrons units and Admech points cost.

Anything important that I'm missing?

The free rules will get you by for a few games, but....
