In it the following points are given:-

Captain Sicarius 100
Chaplin Cassius 85
Chief Librarian Tigurius 130
Sergeant Telion 65


Marneus Calgar 200# Points with model includes Wargear
Victrix Honour Guard (2) 52# Points with model does not include Wargear - Power Sword (4pts*2=8pts) & Storm Shield (5pts*2=10pts)

However if I look up Battlescribe as suggested my a DD member the following points come up:-

Captain Sicarius 115
Chaplin Cassius 95
Chief Librarian Tigurius 135
Sergeant Telion 70

Has the Codex ones been updated?
I checked on Warhammer community and didnt see any updates?

Will the new Munitorum Field Manual have these points have to wait until tomorrow for that one

Both. There is an Ultramarines Supplement and a FAQ for that supplement, in addition the Chapter Approved's do rewrite the points and power level. I think there was even a freebie download from GW floating around there somewhere.
