Actual fuel tank might be smaller.
So you can use the size to calculate the volume of the tank, and properly scale it, as the model is in 32mm scale.

I am going to assume you meant that that the diameter of the fuel tank was 4mm and 3mm high, not radius of 4 mm. Volume of the tank, scaled to IRL = pi * .8^2 * .6 = 1.2 cubic feet of fuel (4.8 cubic feet if it is 4mm radius). A gallon is 0.133 cubic feet, so about 9 gallons(36 gallons if radius).
The M2 American Flame Thrower from around WW2 has 2 two gallon tanks (one propellant and one fuel) and had about 7 seconds of burn time. So, 9 gallons at the same burn rate would be about 16 seconds of burn time.
M2 was listed as a 20-40 threat range, and converting the Aggressor range of 12" to IRL feet is about 60'. So the Flamestorm Gauntlet has a better range that WW2 tech.
I'd say, probably more efficient as well (as in, at least combining propellant and fuel, so double efficiency) so I would ballpark a single Gauntlet at 30 seconds of full spray. Likely, it would be using in combat in short bursts and then allowing the fuel to mostly burn off the target, so maybe 5-10x combat time.

But the mistake is you're assuming the properties of the fuel are the same. You're comparing napalm to promethium. Perhaps promethium burns hotter, bigger, brighter, longer, etc on less volume of fuel material. No, I am not assuming that napalm is the same as promethium. I assumed whatever fuel the Flamestorm Gauntlet was using was at least double the fuel efficiency. You remember the actual real life flamethrower? the one that people carried back backs of fuel with? Yeah they could could shoot at a constant stream for like 7 or 8 seconds before you ran outta fuel.

2 gallons of fuel (and 2 gallons of propellant) in the real life flamethrower lasts the 7-8 seconds on full blast as you mentioned. The Flamestorm, as I calculated, has an estimated 9 gallons of fuel per Gauntlet.
