The base is dark red (Flesh Tearers Red), so I was thinking some kind of teal would be a nice look to go with it. I really like the effect of the cloak of the Sorcerer painted up by the 'Eavy Metal team here:

I've reliably achieved this look with Stegadon Scale Green + Sotek Green, but for various reasons I was hoping to achieve this effect with a Contrast Paint + Layer. I have two questions, however, for how to achieve this effect:
1) Would the best contrast be Akhelian Green or Terradon Turquoise?
2) Which layers would be best to achieve this highlight?
