				<description><![CDATA[ Does anyone else think <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(50);'>GW</span> needs to make it explicit that replacement skellies generated via Arise! do count for the purposes of checking for break point?  30 years of beating back the most outlandish misinterpretations-for-advantage may have me jumping at shadows... at the same time, though, I can see myself frequently having to point out that start of turn comes before command, so, no you don't get to raise skellies this turn before testing for break point.]]></description>
