				<description><![CDATA[ I know they used to be a thing.  <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(70);'>IIRC</span> I got a 10 man imperial guard assault squad in one back in the day.  I don’t think they were around long.  Most things got moved to boxes with styrofoam.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ That’s my recollection, but I’m not an authority on the subject, and could not tell you when/why the change was made.  At the time (<span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(115);'>RT</span> era) I was picking up <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(50);'>GW</span> at a 3rd party store, and I have no clue what their distribution chain looked like.<br /> <br /> I think by 2nd all those large clam packs were gone, but they were pretty rare to start with <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(70);'>IIRC</span>.  They filled a gap between normal blister packs and the large boxes like RTB01 and it’s kin.]]></description>

As far as buying replacements goes, clamshell blister packs are quite common, I'm not sure if you'll find an identical one but if you get in touch with some smaller mini manufacturers like Annie at Bad Squiddo and Andy from Heresy Miniatures they might be able to point you in the right direction]]></description>
