help identifying OldHammer guys

Thinking about picking up some old Hammer Miniatures I found on a Marketplace, but I'm not entirely sure if it's worth the $30, given all of the work, and I don't know outside of the handful of ork/s what models they aree. I'm also not sure what all of the models are made of, and what questions I should ask the seller. Can anyone help?

There was also part of a Blood Angels 2nd edition Squad in there, too.
