I tried Firefox and Chrome, and I tried resizing my images because they were, admittedly, stupidly large, but none of that mattered. Cleaning up the mess afterwards has been a little tedious as trying to delete the image before hitting that "process images" button has not worked either. Basically a security update took away the write permissions on one directory used for uploading, but also blocked logging so I couldn't see error reports. Fixed the logging issue, and added write permissions again, but there's a third cascading failure with the package used for uploading in some situations. That's definitely still broken some parts of the site, so it is pleasing to see it didn't break 100% of things and you are able to upload again! I'm still working on it either way
