Probably my best paint job by far. I had bought this Icon Bearer at a shop that I had frequented when they started up a painting competition. He came in 5th place out of 12 entries. I went with Chaos Black as a base coat hand painted. I then used Akicolor(spelling?) Nasty Blood for the armor. For the metal parts I used Boltgun Metal as it is the only metallic paint I have. For the face as I am not very good with bare flesh I used Elf Flesh as a under-layer with Akicolor(spelling?) Flesh over it. |
