My project of 3 imperial guard soldiers in deep snow. the soldiers have been trough a lot of conversation . The hand of the first and second soldier are completely green stuff. I sculpted them myself, and of course the cloaks are completely from green stuff.
The Idea is that there is a heavy wind blowing from the right side with harsh snow, but I had no idea of how to make snow in air like if it looked like it is actually snowing , only maybe photoshop , but didn't want to use that( so if u have any idea please share in comments. I will add one more major model in this diorama , but haven't finished it yet . |

Cool. Reminds me of a scene in Fellowship of the Ring, but with imperial guard. You could try sprinkling some fake snow when you take a shot? |

Love it matey, lots of nice movement and suggestion , great idea very well exceuted, i cant really immagine how to pull of the snow short of photoshop, but the suggestion of sprinkled snow , coulld be an idea , , i pile of flower and a hairdryer might work, |

If you wanted, you could put a sheet of clear plastic along the side we're looking from (or as a box all around), and either paint snow flakes on or use a glass frosting spray to give it the illusion of a thick snow storm. |

You think so? I gonna make sure that next year its there :) ... I actually was in GD this year , but only as a spectator ( which I regret) ... BTW there were only couple of winter project out there , like 3-4 from 1000 :D, so ye start building winter stuff if you wanna win some GD :D |
