It's a Leman Russ counts-as. Meaning it's being used as a gaming piece.
If you don't have something intelligent to say, don't say anything at all.

Not to mention there are other games on the forum other than 40k; there's a whole section with flames of war etc etc in it. Still a well done model; I'd be happy to make it explode with a retort from MY Vanq ;).

Yeah, this model doesn't belong in a GW game. In needs to cost twice as much, be half the value, and look way stupider.

Nice Tiger 2 WW2 Tank. 1/35 scale ? Yeah you can use it as a stand in. Just ask your local game store.

In Warhammer 40k, where the older tech - the better, this here would be very useful, actually ;)

Good Panther but I would have added some 40k bitz to the hull, changed the MG to a bolter, maybe a plow spikey shield to the front. Extended skirts like on the baneblade for road wheel protection. A Lehman Russ view port to the front Glacis. With my critique out of the way, I still like it. Good paint job as well.

Silveroxide, This is not a panther, it is a Tiger II porsche turret variant
