One thing I have to say is building up colours and having subtler highlights. You don't jump from Mordian Blue to Ice Blue without anything inbetween. |

While I admire your conversion efforts, BlapBlapBlap is correct on your highlights, it's such a stark c ontrast that it looks unnatural...try either mixing the two colors together first and applying the highlights in layers.
that said, the face looks pretty good, could use a few more highlights though. |
