Lastly we have the nimble, but still dangerous, Gladius type ships. These guys have been known to be called "Piranitas," or little Pirahna's. They fly around in their tightly knit squad of 6, and while the strike cruisers and main capitol ships of the Kuban fleet reap a terrible toll on the enemy fleet, the Piranitas fly around and harrass, shoot down, and overall annoy the enemy until their bigger cousins can take the ships out. While this job is not that high in prestige for Kuban Commanders - they relish in the fact that their job is ultimately for the greater good of the chapter, and that when working communally - things work out just as planned! |
