I have a backstory idea for the group. The group would have been formed by the old man 2nd from the right, being a veteran Regulator from the East. Years have made him bitter, and after going west to dish out justice only to lose the regulators that went with him to legionaires, he would go off the deep end and form the Black Scorpion Regulators, a far more militant and vengeful version, one that even uses raider and legion tactics of torture and fear, just on the "evil" and would form it from wronged wasters, those with a grudge against the legion, or defectors from the NCR. |

The first Regulator from the left would rarely speak, and be focused on short ranged stealth, sneaking in to due close range damage with the shot gun. The 2nd form the left would be focused on killing and torturing legionaries, having lost everyone she knew to them, and would use twin 10mm submachine guns. 3rd from the left would be a former ruined lawmen who at one point failed to protect his town, and vows to never again fail in his duties, and would be the one that finds bounties for the group. 4th from the left would be a former NCR soldier that gained notoriety only to defect in disgust for his nation's flaws. He would be quick to insult the NCR, and would use his old army .45 auto. |
