Is is just me, or do some of the edges appear as though they have been photo-shopped? Don't get me wrong, I think the piece is amazing, but something seems off about it. In particular around the barrel of the tank's cannon, the Mek's backpack and left arm, and the Grot with the bullhorn. It's as if the edges are over defined, or something like that. 10/10 assuming no photo-shop/other digital editing. |

I took the picture at Adepticon myself. The model was in a glass case. You can even see the flare from the flash in the upper right-hand corner by the "G" in "Garage". As it's not my work, there's not really any incentive for me to mess with it. I probably did auto-contrast and a single "sharpen" adjustment on Photoshop as I do that for all my photos (incuding WIP shots), but nothing beyond that. |
