I'm not a friend of too much extra detail. It's not a problem to print small stuff, but it costs so much time to paint, and I might not see it anyway (very shortsighted) :)
So I keep the models rather plain. Some things like the basket, have inherent detail.
I mount my models on acrylic glas. In this case I haven't glued the models on, but used some blue tac to mount them. Mainly because I'm not sure yet whether I repaint them. |
