I converted up a maulerfiend for my Nurgle army recently and want to share it with you! The base kit is an Age of Sigmar model called the Maggoth Lord. I added the maulerfiend tendrils and some green stuff work to bring it all together. I got this idea from a picture I saw of somebody else doing the same thing, I wish I could remember who to give credit to. I saw it and knew I had to make my own spin of the idea!
