				<description><![CDATA[ Thats a lot of Ironclads, im scared already <img src="/s/i/a/39ea8e0dbfb45dcc6b802cd0e198dba3.gif" border="0"><br /> <br /> 4 troop choices, so you should be able to hold objectives adequately (8 if you combat squad). However they are a little unprotected, so they might get a bit beat up. You'll just have to play a little more tactically to pull off holding alot of objectives. Maybe, you could replace the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(330);'>MM</span> in 1 squad to a Missile Launcher, That way, if an objectives is massively out of the way, you have the 46"(?) range of the missile launcher to allow for the squad to contribute.<br /> <br /> I hope you are going to deepstrike the Speeders. They're wrecks otherwise.<br /> <br /> As for the spare 5 points, maybe you can scrounge enough points for a locator beacon. Just to let your speeders and other drop pods land in the right place.<br /> <br /> Zambro<br /> <br /> <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(442);'>PS</span>, on an <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(415);'>OT</span> note, can you split your list into paragraphs for each Force org. slot. 				<description><![CDATA[ Thanks for [i]the reply, I've played this list for a while and it is surprisingly successful against most lists as I tend to win more than I lose. I just love twinlinked melta too much haha and its 48” range. I have started with my speeders on the board as they are good at harassing or supporting the drop pods but I have lost one first turn and it is annoying. I like the idea of the locator beacon on one of my drop pods and then the speeders can come in no problem. And yeah sorry about the spacing, on my phone or I would normally do it. Im just thinking it would be a better idea to Deep strike them with your drop pods, just to stick with the theme]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ I would take some long range threat, as once the pods land you have limited ability to attack a mobile force.<br /> <br /> I would prefer normal dreads with <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(330);'>MM</span>+<span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(336);'>HF</span>.  This is ok in <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(19);'>cc</span> but can hit things when it lands.<br /> Also dreads land in melta range so I would not risk an ironclads points that it will survive first turn.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ I like their speed and mobility, where I play we usually have quite heavy terrain then either turbo boost them or try and get a shot off. And I know its 24” I was just saying the missile launcher is 48 and not 46” as you didn't know? Three highly armoured dreads within 6” first turn can be hard to deal with]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Superb list tactically and love that you left out terminators so its a different proposition for your opponent than the usual Sally list.<br /> <br /> Those <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(167);'>tac</span> squads are gold. I took 5 geared up <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(167);'>tac</span> squads to a Feb tourney and found that basically I boltered everything to death.<br /> <br /> For your list I say dont be afraid to dominate the centre of the board, because so many tacs you need those bolters supporting each other, which means staying within 12, and you really want at least 3 units firing on a single target each turn so as its able to be destroyed or effectively neutralised. Spreading your tacs over a broad frontage with your pods would be a mistake <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(72);'>IMO</span>, even with an ironclad nearby for support.<br /> <br /> Changes i would suggest.<br /> <br /> You can take some of those fists out. I know they are gold but if you play mutually supporting, you could lose a few. Read my Clash batreps, unless an opponent carefully coords their assault, which should be hard given your pod flexibility.<br /> <br /> Second, i would recommend two lascannons in the tacs, and deploy those units at staet on obj with their pods empty, perhaps put a deathwind in one?<br /> <br /> Finally i would suggest combining those speeders into a squadron. Single <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(316);'>KP</span>, ignores annoying 1 and 2 and better chance of achieving fire mission. Recommend being very precious with these guys till there is a good threat to hit as they are very fragile.<br /> <br /> Love the list, best of luck, im certain it will be a fun list to play with and against.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Thanks man, great comment. I'm an experienced codex marine player but wanted something different, I do have a land raider redeemer and a hammer squad that need painting because I love master-craftedness and they usually get their points back but was too expensive for a tournament list I though. I love my tactical squads, mass bolters are very effective en masse. I do play my pods very closely, which always works out well and you have either 40 marines or 3 ironclads in your face first turn. The only problem with lascannons are I need that support which my entire army needs to be based around or I'll get destroyed piece meal. Also I prefer the mobility of the separate speeders. I'll try them out as a squadron and see how it works out.]]></description>

Bought everything in to try and crack his hammer. A mistake. <br /> <br /> Two turns copping fire, bunched up, shooting at 6 models.<br /> <br /> Special case but good learning for next time.
