Sarcasm aside, guard regiments are usually named after their home planet so it follows this template: The [planet name] 5th Regiment. Or whatever number you want. Just come up with a planet name. My regiment is the Rydoshan 31st "Duke's Renegades" since my commander's name is Duke

If you go along the route of naming your regiment after their planet then it is a good start.
