Anyhow ... GW's own material focuses more on broad descriptions and warfare, so unsurprisingly there is little about entertainment. Gaps like these are usually filled in the licensed fiction, but since every author has his or her own individual idea about the 41st millennium you (a) could probably find just about anything if you just look long enough and (b) may as well follow that very same road and come up with your own ideas. If you think it fits thematically, then go for it.

Personally, I'd embrace the silly gothic ambiente and rather go for something steampunkish rather than contemporary 21st century stuff, at least as far as personal items are concerned. Technology is something I perceive as being limited to the elite.
