I am trying to convert some basic Chaos Space Marines to Death Guard and make them look more Nurgle-y. Is there any easy way to make your own power cables and gas mask hoses ?

Using green stuff with some models about.
Using regular wire (if you want flexible stuff then cable wire wrapped in plastic would probably be best but I'm not sure how you'd set it properly unfortunately).

This is exactly what you need.
