				<title>Returning an online order?</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ I ordered a box of Ork Stormboyz from the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(50);'>GW</span> website, but hadn't realized that I had hit "add to cart" twice. Now I have two boxes and don't want to open the second one. There are no price tags and I have no receipt for them. Can I still return these to my local <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(50);'>GW</span> for a refund or exchange them for a different item?]]></description>

I doubt they'd give cash, though, as that opens the door for shenanigans.]]></description>

My feeling is that the local managers probably have wide latitude for dealing with this sort of thing, and <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(50);'>GW</span> has some of the best customer service in retail I've seen, but I could be wrong. ]]></description>
