I ordered a box of Ork Stormboyz from the GW website, but hadn't realized that I had hit "add to cart" twice. Now I have two boxes and don't want to open the second one. There are no price tags and I have no receipt for them. Can I still return these to my local GW for a refund or exchange them for a different item?

You should have recieved an email from GW confirming your order, an invoice with your stuff, and the order should be logged on your GW account.

Mandorallen turned back toward the insolently sneering baron. 'My Lord,' The great knight said distantly, 'I find thy face apelike and thy form misshapen. Thy beard, moreover, is an offence against decency, resembling more closely the scabrous fur which doth decorate the hinder portion of a mongrel dog than a proper adornment for a human face. Is it possibly that thy mother, seized by some wild lechery, did dally at some time past with a randy goat?' - Mimbrate Knight Protector Mandorallen.

So the only way to get a monetary refund is to mail them back to GW?

I make no promises, but I strongly suspect that a local gee-dubs would not give you a hassle with a cash refund if you provide the shrinkwrapped box and the invoice.

I did this for store credit once at a GW store. I doubt they'd give cash, though, as that opens the door for shenanigans.

I'd call your local store first, explain, and ask. My feeling is that the local managers probably have wide latitude for dealing with this sort of thing, and GW has some of the best customer service in retail I've seen, but I could be wrong.
