There are some things you can do to mitigate air bubbles in your mold, but your best bet is to build/buy a vacuum chamber. This way you can degas the silicone, thus eliminating many of the air bubbles and making for a nice smooth poor.

Bubbles in the casting resin mostly comes from not having enough or vents in the wrong place.
