The Herald of Tzeentch on the chariot I saw at the store today is plastic, and it is currently listed on the GW site as a multi part plastic kit. I wonder if it's the size difference between the two Tzeentch heralds that accounts for the difference in materials used. Yup... it's always been plastic, there was never a finecast version of that chariots as far as I know.

I think you guys may be mistaken over many of these. I have not seen one model that has been redone in plastic that was a direct re-do of a Finecast or metal model. You can remedy this by buying the new Tzeentch Chariot, and some minor conversion/greenstuff work.
