				<title>Independent Character Creation Chart?</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ I have always liked the fact that <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(50);'>GW</span> gives you the opportunity to customize your army/armies to your own liking (i.e. Your own color scheme), so long as you base it off of a codex, in <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(146);'>WH40K</span>.  However, I don't quite understand why despite that freedom of customization for your army, they don't give you the option to create your own <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(67);'>IC</span>.  I looked for a <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(67);'>IC</span> Creation Chart and have only found one that I liked, that I will post at the bottom of this post, and it looks pretty good.  Do you guys think that there should be a <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(67);'>IC</span> Creation Chart set for <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(146);'>WH40K</span>?  I have no problem with the generic <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(56);'>HQs</span> and the named <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(67);'>ICs</span> but sometimes I wish to make my own names <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(67);'>IC</span>.<br /> <br /> <div style="margin-top:5px; margin-bottom:10px;">

From what I understand from your post, do you mean that the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(67);'>IC</span>'s stat line will drop the moment (s)he joins a unit and that also that (s)he and the unit get a once-per-turn/game benefit that increases their stats for that turn and return it back to normal.  I may have read and understood that very wrong so I don't want to say anything about that until I get a better understanding.]]></description>
