I've painted about 2-3 models with them and they are complete trash. The detail brush splays out all over the place after the first swipe of paint, and the fine detail brush splits into 2 points shortly after paint is loaded. Could not be disappointed more with GW brushes and I'm surprised to hear all the good reviews of them.

I'd give them a ring (or email) and see if they have a replacement policy. One of the posts above seems to sound like their is one.
