				<title>Hull Points and Vehicle Damage Chart</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ Lots of people seem very unhappy with how their vehicles can die now that Hull Points are a thing. I personally find that Vehicles blowing up so quickly and easily with a lucky roll can be dispiriting.<br /> <br /> I wondered if they could be alleviated by shifting the damage chart up a notch or two, so there was a seven or even an eight option (requiring modifiers to get the full vehicle explodes result). Perhaps with an errata of some sort that increased all Vehicle Hull Points by 1?<br /> <br /> I dunno. I just would like to see vehicles being considered relatively sturdy.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Vehicles were (apparently) too good in 5th edition, so they nerfed them into the ground this edition, to force everyone to buy new stuff. I personally never had any tank survive to turn 3 without being all but destroyed.<br /> Anyway, I like the idea of +1 to all Hull Points. Make each Structure Point worth at least 4 <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(661);'>HPs</span> while we're at it. Let's face it, after 4 glancing hits, your rhino probably wasn't very useful in 5th edition either. I think that would solve a lot of problems, whilst avoiding the "Lolz vehicles are so <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(280);'>OP</span>!" arguments that arise from this topic.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Ironically for a "cinematic" game hull points ruin the immersion.  Unlike real life and good fiction, vehicles don't take numerous shots and still remain in action...they are simply destroyed.  Period.<br /> <br /> <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(50);'>GW</span> should have just knocked the glancing penalty back down to a -1 instead of -2 as it was in 5th Edition.]]></description>

Full 3 would mean only an AP1 or 2 stand a chance of doing serious damage, but wearing it down eventually drops it.<br /> ]]></description>

If they had no low <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(6);'>AP</span> weapons left, they could still incapacitate it or wreck it through the normal Hull Point system.<br /> <br /> I don't have a big problem with Hull Points now, but I see a lot of people complaining that Hull Points make vehicles too weak. I thought this might be a way to make them a little more resilient.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ I don't understand why people think giving vehicles wounds was such a great idea.  If it were necessary, I would rather expand the damage table to a greater range of results than simply treat vehicles like a monstrous creature's red-headed stepchild.]]></description>
