I gave him Fulgrim's stats which seems to be the base, subtracted from his strength & I because Magnus is weaker than the other primarchs physically.]]></description>

Given the legion he gave birth to the forbidden knowledge rule is certainly in order and the staff of magnus rule is comparable to some of the other primarch rules <br /> like Angron's gain one attack and Horus's point of the spear, albeit a lot less groundshaking.]]></description>

Maybe on the 2+ perils ignore roll or the 2+ DtW roll, a natural 1 always fails and results in X happening. <br /> <br /> For the psychic powers, I don't know much about Magnus from the fluff but won't those powers basically turn him into an un-killable beat stick? ]]></description>
