Sorry if this sounds like a stupid question, but I'm coming from 40k, where the Force Org Chart limits the number of units, while WHFB limits by percentages. I can't find any rule stating an upper limit on the number of units taken, so does that mean I could take 8 Skaven Warlock Engineers with Warplock Muskets at 30 points per model in a 1000 point game?
