The veteran sergeant has a choice of equipment from both melee and ranged sections of the dark angels codex, it says that explicitly in the section. With Lord Draigo you can take paladins as a troop choice, giving me two troop choices. I missed the psybolt ammo while editing this list, my bad. All-in-all this army list is still in its beginning stages, and I'm working on learning sixth edition rules and the army rules for both Dark Angels and Grey Knights.
