				<title>Dark Eldar 1000pts help! </title>
				<description><![CDATA[ Hi guys<br /> <br /> I have had a few games with the list below with Dark Eldar and I seem to be getting stomped by Imperial Guard and I'm unsure whether it's my list, my use of them or that my opponent has the perfect counter list. <br /> <br /> Lelith Hesperax<br /> 4x blood brides w/haywire grenades<br /> Venom w/cannon upg<br /> <br /> 3x mandrakes<br /> <br /> 6x wyches w/haywire grenades<br /> <br /> 10x kalabite w/blaster w/dark lance<br /> Raider w/flickerfield + splinter rack<br /> <br /> 3x reavers w/blaster + cluster caltrops<br /> <br /> 5x scourges w/haywire + darklance<br /> <br /> Razorwing w/darklance + flickerfield + splinter cannon<br /> <br /> <br /> This is my list more or less. I run most things as tank hunters which kinda worked in our first game as by turn 4 all tanks were toast but now they can't seem to get close enough without biting the dust. <br /> <br /> I've only played a handful of games with my <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(27);'>DE</span> and was hoping someone can help guide me in the right direction. Except for an Archon, all the models above are all I own (and 2 mandrakes) so any changes would need to be passengers or wargear as I am unable to drop everything for new models though I may be able to get one maybe two.<br /> <br /> Cheers guys<br /> <br /> P.s. 				<title>Dark Eldar 1000pts help! </title>
				<description><![CDATA[ It does seem to be your list, to a fair extent. Dark eldar do not fare well on foot, and you lack reliable <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(482);'>AT</span> from a distance. However, with what you have it can be done.<br /> <br /> Lilly is a good looking model, but she rarely justifies her points. Consider using her as a succbus. I would use your archon as an <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(56);'>HQ</span> instead. They are cheap, and quite killy for the points.<br /> <br /> Bloodbrides are just overpriced wytches that don't score, and really need special weapons to be useful. Like wytches, they need to be meched up as they will die the minute any gun is pointed at them.<br /> <br /> Mandrakes are quite possibly the worst unit in the codex, but they do look cool. Run them as wracks, they will fare better. <br /> <br /> Kabbies do well in raiders, but not with a dark lance. Generally kabbies are in raiders to shoot infantry using just their rifles and splinter racks on the boat. Since you don't have another raider, have them sit back and snipe with the dark lance, giving their raider to the wytches(run them 10 strong, or 9 plus an archon or succbus).<br /> <br /> Reavers are good.<br /> <br /> Scourges should never take a dark lance as it is a heavy weapon. Give them two haywire blasters, or 2 heat lances/blasters. The haywire blasters are ok, but the other 2 guns can actually destroy armor reliably and work well with the shardcarbine range.<br /> <br /> Razorwing can grab night shields instead of a cannon. Since you are probably using the 2 lances and 2 missiles until you run out of missiles, the cannon won't come into play till turn 5 minimum. Shatterfield missies are decent if you want to upgrade.<br /> <br /> With what you have, I would run something like this.<br /> <br /> Archon: Shadow field, blast pistol, venom blade, drugs<br /> <br /> 5X wracks w/liquifier(use your mandrake models). In a venom with 2 splinter cannons, night shields<br /> <br /> 9X wytches: haywire grenades.
